Hope Haven Counselling Services specializes in

- Goal Setting to improve life and face life's challenges with resiliency
- Counselling is completely voluntary. I will support you and guide you through our discussions, however you are in control of these sessions and your decisions.
- During our sessions I will guide you through your stresses using listening, talking, thinking, problem solving and learning new coping skills.
- Counselling can often deal with uncomfortable and sometimes intense emotions. We will deal with such emotions together. While not everyone may be supportive of your choices you will be supported in counselling to work through those choices.
I am a registered Social Worker with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers (NLCSW) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
