I received my
- Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from St. Francis Xavier University,
- Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba and
- currently pursuing my practicum to complete my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I am a registered Social Worker with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers (NLCSW) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
We all struggle with the stresses of everyday life and counselling is an avenue to receive help dealing with those stresses and to gain perspective with those issues.
I work within the realm of Positive Psychology with a strengths-based approach. I want to help you discover/rediscover the positives of life as well as the strengths and talents you possess.
